The Rating System

In an effort to compare as fairly as possible, we have selected a set of criteria on which to rate the quality of the dish served at each location. Obviously, it will be challenging to be consistent when days or weeks pass between gustatory samplings, but we'll do our best.

We will rate each of the first seven criteria 1 to 10. One point will be added when sliced lemon accompanies the serving. -Jake
